If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund of that charge — no questions asked. The free plan lets you try OneTestBank before paying, and this guarantee covers your first paid charge on each plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Credit packs

Purchased credit packs are one-time purchases. They never expire and remain on your account. Unused packs are refundable within the same 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Email us with your account email and the charge in question and we'll process it promptly. We always honor refunds required by applicable law.
