How do credits work?
Your plan includes a set number of credits each month: 50 on Free, 350 on Plus, 800 on Pro. You spend 1 credit for each question pulled in from an import or generated as a variation; small helpers like filling distractors use 1 credit per use, and regenerating a figure uses 2. The answer double-check is free. Table import, editing, and exporting do not use credits.
Does previewing or discarding cost credits?
Credits are spent when the work is done, so an import or generation uses credits whether or not you keep every result. There's no extra charge for committing, and discarding a batch you already generated doesn't refund it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep your plan's benefits until the end of the current billing period. After that you return to the Free plan (1 class, 100 questions per bank, 50 credits per month).
What happens to unused credits?
Your monthly credits reset each cycle and don't roll over, so it is recommended to pick a plan that fits your usage. Credit bundles you buy (500, 1,100, 3,000, or 6,500) never expire and are used only after your monthly credits run out.
Do you offer refunds?
Get a full refund for first-time subscribers within 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (annual) of your invoice. Unused credit-pack credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.
